Please note that registration can be unsuccessful for the following reasons;

1. If you try to register for the second time, the system will not allow you because only one registration per user is allowed, meaning you are not allowed to register more than once in the system.

2.If you try to register using already registered email address and ID number the system will not allow you because you have to use your email address and ID number that are not registrered in the system.
